They encouraging sustainability in food choices by emphasizing "shop local". A picture of one of the drawings submitted for their coloring contest is attached. We also include sustainability education during one week of our Siebert Park Day Camp which has a nature theme. Representatives of our new Bee City USA Committee did a presentation on pollinators and the environment benefits to the camp attendees. Our Climate Action Plan development included a number of open house meetings to draw residents' attention to the sustainability goals included.
