Pittsburghers For Public Transit
Pittsburghers For Public Transit is a grassroots organization of transit riders, workers, and residents who defend and expand public transit. We keep the public in public transit by mobilizing communities to advocate for equitable, affordable, and sustainable transportation systems.

Port Authority provides public transit resources such as meetings, any public transit info, biking, and bussing information.
Duquesne Light
The EV-TOU rate is a voluntary pilot program geared towards residential and small and medium commercial customers. Customers who own or lease an electric vehicle or commercial customers who own charging stations can elect to patriciate in this program that is designed to promote overnight vehicle charging with lower rates in off-peak hours. This allows participants to charge when there is lower demand on the grid, offering lower costs to customers as well as environmental benefits. The EV-TOU rate will be applied to all load associated with the applicable meter, not just the electricity used by the vehicle.

Sustainable Pennsylvania, a joint project of the Pennsylvania Municipal League and Sustainable Pittsburgh, is a voluntary performance recognition program designed to help municipalities set and achieve sustainability goals, save money, conserve resources, and foster a vibrant community.
The Pennsylvania Municipal League is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization established in 1900 as an advocate for Pennsylvania’s 3rd class cities. Today, The League represents participating Pennsylvania cities, boroughs, townships, home rule communities and towns that all share The League’s municipal policy interests.
