Low to Moderate Income Population by Tract

Utilize the mapping tool provided in the link to find your municipality and determine if you have qualifying low to moderate income census tracts in your community.  Once in the mapping tool find your location, and click to show the statistics of the tract/s in your municipality. Next, find the “LOWMODPCT” statistic, which will give the percentage of residents that qualify as low to moderate income in that census tract. If this number is 50 or higher, it qualifies as a “lowmod” census tract.
